What is Acacia wood?

As one of the worlds fastest growing exotic hardwoods, acacia is the smart, sustainable choice for food prep. Supremely durable and robust, the wood is rich in natural oils to help it stay strong over time and comes treated with a food-safe natural oil to bring out its beautiful grain.

Easy to clean – just wipe with a damp cloth. Not dishwasher proof.

The Cole & Mason acacia wooden boards are available in 3 different sizes: small, medium and large, they are perfect for not only chopping, they are beautifully finished and can double up as a serving platter for meats, fruits, cheeses or breads.
