Kiln Dinner Plate

Kiln is a beautifully uncomplicated ceramics range and a true celebration of craftsmanship, using a soft, calming palette of chalk white and hues of oatmeal and grey which sit at ease together. The unique freckling glaze effect is completely different on each item, and makes every piece of Kiln one of a kind, yet it all combines to create a collection that is simple, easy to live with and a joy to have in your home

Designed to make food look and taste beautiful, the collection stimulates the senses with its tactile glazes, organic shapes and simplistic beauty. The newly designed items with their uneven forms and hand-thrown features, such as the mug and collection of bowls and platters, sit effortlessly with the functional yet stunning place setting items and showcase the new freckling glaze effect at its best.

Touched by at least 20 pairs of hands through the making process, and handcrafted in Derbyshire by true artisans, Kiln is inspired by studio pottery in a timeless collection that is stunning enough for best and versatile enough for every day.

The Kiln Coupe Plates are designed to make food look beautiful. The steep sides and the freckling of the glazes combine to create an artisan, natural and calming quality in a plate that is beautiful as well as versatile. Available in 3 sizes and perfect as a plate to use every day or a piece for serving. Layer with the medium and small plate for an imperfectly matching place setting.

The striking yet simple glazes are tough enough for everyday and stunning enough for best. The largest of the plates available in this range can be used as a main plate for a wide spectrum of dishes and cuisines or match with the small organic bowls as a serving set.
