The unique forked front end is ideal for flipping meat directly on the grill, and for transferring foods cooked to perfection from plate to hot grill or hot grill to plate. Slice, butcher, and serve all of your favorite meats from steaks to briskets, ribs, roasts, poultry, fish and more. The 10 shallow dimples along the length of the blade minimize friction for cleaner, easier slices that keep all the juices and flavors in. Like to sip a cold drink while grilling? The added bottle opener on the spine of the blade makes it easy.
