St. Frank | Iridescent Amber Collection – Highball

This St. Frank highball glass is a testament to the rich history and enduring artistry of Mexican glassblowing. Tracing its roots back to the 16th century when the Spanish introduced clear handblown glass (a departure from pre-Hispanic obsidian), this piece is a product of a vibrant tradition. It was meticulously crafted in a remote town in Hidalgo, where a family-owned factory, established three decades ago, employs the entire community. Each highball is a unique collaboration, passed skillfully from one maestro to the next until its completion.
